Meeting minutes must be approved by Council before they can be posted for public viewing, therefore the minutes are made available after they have been approved during the next Regular Council Meeting.
In accordance with provincial legislation, Council meeting minutes will be published on the municipality’s website beginning in the fall of 2027. If you require copies of meeting minutes prior to this date, please contact the RM office.
Signature and Personal Information Redaction Notice
To protect the privacy and security of individuals, personal information such as handwritten signatures, initials, personal email addresses, telephone numbers, and other identifying information may be redacted from Council minutes, bylaws, agreements, and other documents posted on the RM website. These redactions are made in accordance with The Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (LAFOIP) and the RM Signature Redaction Policy and do not alter the content, decisions, or legal validity of the documents. The RM remains committed to transparency while ensuring the protection of personal information.
